SOL REVERIE POLICIES
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
Teeth Whitening Policy
If for some reason you do not see any noticeable changes in the color of your teeth, you will not be charged for the service. A shade color will be recorded at the beginning and end of your appointment. We will record starting and ending shades on your signed consent form and a copy will be sent home with you if requested.
Spray Tanning Policy
1. Client information and Spray Tanning Release forms are required to be filled out prior to your first appointment with Sol Reverie. It is your responsibility to inform your spray tan artist of any changes at future appointments.
2. Please review and follow prep instruction and post tan care instructions carefully. Although this does not guarantee a flawless tan development, it is imperative in order to receive the best possible outcome. Hormonal fluctuations (ie period, pregnancy, etc.), medications, among other factors can contribute to the development and outcome of the final tan color. No one color will look the same on everyone. It is the job of the spray tan artist to use their training, education, and experience to the best of their ability and suggest a shade recommendation that they feel will work best for your skin type, skin tone, and desired outcome. However, client satisfaction is our top priority and if you request a specific shade or level of darkness, we will ultimately do as requested.
3. If for some reason your spray tan does not develop properly on you, and you have followed the correct prep care and post tan care, a discount or refund may be given but is not guaranteed. Please contact Sol Reverie for more information.
